BrightEye is a buffered solution designed to safely and effectively remove tear stains from animals, particularly light-haired dogs (e.g., Maltese poodles) and cats (e.g., Persians). It is mildly detergent, isotonic, and non-irritating if it enters the eye. The solution contains boric acid, zinc sulphate, sodium metabisulphite, a mild surfactant, and EDTA. To use, apply it twice daily with a cotton pad on the stained area until the stains disappear. Continued use helps prevent recurrence. Available in 125ml bottles, it should be stored below 25°C.
